Trewalter

Working with the tree house experts Blue Forest we secured planning permission for a bespoke and award-winning treehouse haven in the Brecon Beacons National Park. More fairytale castle than treehouse this luxurious hideaway is set against the backdrop of Pen y Fan, the highest peak in South Wales.

Filton

In order to allow the expansion of on-site car parking at a busy car dealership a scheme was conceived involving the demolition of a terrace of semi-derelict houses and a detailed landscaping programme which has flourished despite fronting a major A road.

 Hotwells

The closure of a mini supermarket opened up the opportunity for a maisonette in this Grade II Listed townhouse in Bristol but involved a sensitive design treatment to tackle a lowered 1960s shopfront, an unusable basement and a requirement to reinstate the distinctive 1920s bow window and steps/railings.

 Coombe Dingle

This infill plot in a side garden involved negotiations with Bristol City Council and design input from the architects Southpoint that resulted in not only a new attractive family home but also a rejuvenated look to the host 1950s house.

Newport

Working with Griffiths Design and Steele Landscape Design we engaged in pre-application negotiations with Newport City Council and reversed a previous refusal for conversion of this Edwardian era nursing home to flats and even secured planning permission for an additional unit.

Weston-super-Mare

Working closely with the architects at Design Storey who provided the design vision we secured planning permission to convert and extend this former bank business centre and St John Ambulance training centre into 8 apartments.

Bridgwater, Somerset

Assisted by the environmental consultancy Johns Associates who provided an Environmental Impact Assessment we obtained planning permission for 3 new poultry sheds, boiler house and bio-security shed and later, supported by North & Letherby Ltd a farm manager's dwelling to replace a previous caravan.

Bristol

Following the service of an Enforcement Notice against this off-road parking space we lodged an appeal to the Planning Inspectorate. With the assistance of expert highway evidence from ADL we successfully argued there would not be a harmful effect on highway safety and the appeal was allowed.
